Hia

I am here again with a question

To get to the bed over the cab you have to climb the ladder.
Well our Claire as not actually complained(she wouldn't dare) 

But it hurts your feet

(That's why I don't sleep up there Steps 372028940 Steps 372028940 ) 

Any ideas of what to use and how to secure it to each step

I have just pulled a piece of carpet from out of my store cupboard thinking I might use this but not sure how to secure it 
So thought I would ask incase something else is used

Flip flops for me, my steps are steel, round rungs and I can't stand on them bare foot

use the carpet polly, either glue it or use a staplegun.i have done this on my first van.it was far better than the wood.

ps if you are using staples make sure you staple the carpet to the underside of the ladder.or use underlay,or memory foam etc etc.

I have used pipe lagging on ladder in previous motorhome and it worked - no more painful feet.
